We are planning only 2-3 months at a time to retain flexibility and to be open to opportunities that present themselves. We will keep our eyes and hearts open to see what works best for us. It will take some time to figure out our routine of travel together.  Feel free to share any must-see places, must-do activities and come join us! 

The year ended up looking same-same-different from what we had planned. More on that later. Here's how it turned out:

• July 29th - August 7: Banff and Jasper national parks, Canada by RV 

• August 7 - August 23: Back home to the Bay Area, California to visit family and friends 

• August 23 - September 21: Hike the Camino de Santiago, Spain 

• September 22 - October 10: Hike the Dolomites AV1, and tour Italy

• October 11 - November 7:  Venice, Italy to Athens, Greece by RV  

• November 8 - December 3: Morocco 

• December 4 - December 28: Egypt 

• December 28 - January 10: South Africa 

• January 11 - February 19: India with 24 hr layover in Abu Dhabi 

• February 20 - March 9: Namibia, yes, really! 

• March 11 - March 30: Thailand with 24 hrs in Singapore 

• April 1 - April 4: Cambodia 

• April 4 - April 16: Japan 

• April 17 - April 23: Goa, India, yep!

• End of April: Back in Baltimore

We came home earlier than expected to figure out jobs and schooling for the Fall so sadly did not reach South America, but we'll make it there in the near future.
